Double Santoña anchovy fillets opened in a butterfly. 5 double pieces.
Our Mariposa anchovy is caught in the spring months in the Cantabrian Sea. The bocarte is caught purse-seine during the Coastal season using sustainable methods. The Anchovy is worked manually in an artisanal way by the Santoña Sobadoras who are in charge of selecting, cleaning and filleting the best fillets to offer a high quality product. They come cured for a year in salt and preserved in mild oil that respects the flavor of the anchovy.
Our Anchovies are presented open in Mariposa (double fillets) and are a natural product without preservatives, rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
Shipping and returns
Our orders are shipped from Monday to Friday with the MBE transport service. Once it leaves our space, the order is delivered within the next 24/48 hours (working days) anywhere on the Peninsula and within 48 hours if you are in the Balearic Islands. For orders to the rest of Europe, it is delivered in the following 3/4 days, less if it includes a refrigerated product that must be sent with Express delivery or the customer prefers faster shipping.
We ship to all of Spain, except to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. And to the rest of the European Union.

We will send all products that require cold to you through SEUR FRÍO, which has a refrigerated shipping service (only for shipments to the Peninsula).
