Sevruga caviar is savored for its exceptional delicacy of flavor, which is balanced by a distinctive oceanic freshness. The Sevruga sturgeon is recognized by its star-shaped skin. Their gleaming silver eggs range from pale slate to charcoal or yellowish green and measure just 2mm in diameter. Small but mighty, the Sevruga sturgeon only grows to about 25kg, making it the tiniest of all sturgeon species.
Shipping and returns
Our orders are shipped from Monday to Friday with the MBE transport service. Once it leaves our space, the order is delivered within the next 24/48 hours (working days) anywhere on the Peninsula and within 48 hours if you are in the Balearic Islands. For orders to the rest of Europe, it is delivered in the following 3/4 days, less if it includes a refrigerated product that must be sent with Express delivery or the customer prefers faster shipping.
We ship to all of Spain, except to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. And to the rest of the European Union.

We will send all products that require cold to you through SEUR FRÍO, which has a refrigerated shipping service (only for shipments to the Peninsula).
