Our orders are shipped from Monday to Friday with the MBE transport service. Once it leaves our space, the order is delivered within the next 24/48 hours (working days) anywhere on the Peninsula and within 48 hours if you are in the Balearic Islands. For orders to the rest of Europe, it is delivered in the following 3/4 days, less if it includes a refrigerated product that must be sent with Express delivery or the customer prefers faster shipping.
We ship to all of Spain, except to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. And to the rest of the European Union.

Our Anchovy is fished in the Cantabrian Sea. In the same way as anchovies, the raw material for anchovies is the species of fish known as Engraulis encrasicolus, which is why it is also caught purse-seine using sustainable methods. The raw material comes directly from the fish market and is made less than 8 hours after being caught. It is made by hand and following the traditional techniques that have been practiced in Santoña since the last century. “Las Sobadoras de Santoña” are in charge of filleting and then selecting the best fillets to offer a high quality product. Unlike anchovies, anchovies do not undergo a long salting and maturation process. It is handled fresh and a few hours after fishing, thus ensuring the greatest freshness and quality for the product. The anchovy is marinated for approximately 48 hours with its own formula of water, vinegar and salt that makes the product acquire a characteristic flavor. This formula and its preparation through manual production, gives the anchovy fillet a very meaty and juicy texture completely free of additives and preservatives.
