Our orders are shipped from Monday to Friday with the MBE transport service. Once it leaves our space, the order is delivered within the next 24/48 hours (working days) anywhere on the Peninsula and within 48 hours if you are in the Balearic Islands. For orders to the rest of Europe, it is delivered in the following 3/4 days, less if it includes a refrigerated product that must be sent with Express delivery or the customer prefers faster shipping.
We ship to all of Spain, except to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. And to the rest of the European Union.

Artisan stracciatella ice cream, creamy fiordilatte with intense chocolate pieces. The Stracciatella recipe was created in 1961 in Bergamo by Enrico Panattoni, a lover of cooking and baking. The result of careful experimentation, stracciatella was born from the intuition of playing with contrasts of textures. In fact, when pouring dark chocolate during the creaming of their famous soft Fior di Latte, the machine “crumbled” the chocolate as it solidified into many small fragments. The effect was reminiscent of a famous Roman soup recipe, “Stracciatella alla Romana.” Hence the name with which he baptized his creation. 500ml
