Shipping and returns
Our orders are shipped from Monday to Friday with the MBE transport service. Once it leaves our space, the order is delivered within the next 24/48 hours (working days) anywhere on the Peninsula and within 48 hours if you are in the Balearic Islands. For orders to the rest of Europe, it is delivered in the following 3/4 days, less if it includes a refrigerated product that must be sent with Express delivery or the customer prefers faster shipping.
We ship to all of Spain, except to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. And to the rest of the European Union.

We will send all products that require cold to you through SEUR FRÍO, which has a refrigerated shipping service (only for shipments to the Peninsula).

Harney&Sons is an American family business with three generations of experience in the world of high-quality teas. John Harney ran a small hotel in Salisbury, Connecticut, where he met his wife Elyse. They decided to take over his tea supplier business in exchange for teaching and training him on everything he needed to know about the world of tea. John and Elyse decided to sell the small hotel and in 1983 they started Harney & Sons (although their children were not yet in the business).
They started with 6 varieties and now they have more than three hundred. The Harney family travels the world to meet the producers of the best tea plantations in the world to ensure only the best quality. Now based in Hudson Valley, New York, and present only in the best luxury hotels around the world, the third generation continues to make every cup of tea a moment of everyday pleasure.
