Lorusso was born between Almería and Milan, with the love story between Isabel and Biagio. The union of two Mediterranean cultures with a long tradition in the production of artisanal foods, and people united by the enthusiasm and passion for offering high-quality and healthy products. The couple is joined by two friends who are in love with the project. Together, from Chercos, they make jams prepared with organically produced raw materials from small farmers, to which cane sugar and organic lemon juice are added. 100% organic, without preservatives or dyes, gluten-free, vegan and GMO-free. The result is jams with 85g of fruit per 100g and a reduced sugar content. At Lorusso, they produce in small quantities to preserve the properties and benefits of the fruits, as well as their aromas and flavors, using renewable energy sources. The result is a jar full of authentic flavor that will be too small.
