For orders to the rest of Europe, it is delivered in the following 3/4 days, less if it includes a refrigerated product that must be sent with Express delivery or the customer prefers faster shipping.

BIO Parmigiano Reggiano aged for 36 months.
The Caseificio Santa Rita BIO is the only world producer of BIO Parmigiano Reggiano made with mountain milk from Bianca Modenese Cows. This historic breed native to the territory produces the best milk to make Parmigiano Reggiano. It produces between 9 and 12 liters of milk per day (1/5 compared to a Friesian cow). So the production of Parmigiano Reggiano only with Bianca Modenese mountain cow milk is very limited: only one form is made per day worldwide. All the properties are concentrated and thanks to the optimal ratio between fat and protein and a high frequency of the K-casein B gene that enhances its dairy qualities, they make this superior quality milk the best for the production of Parmesan.
