San Marzano tomato sauce.
In Sarno, Italy, at the foot of Vesuvius, is the Terre Lavorate organic farm. The “Passata” is the sauce obtained by cooking the pulp of the tomatoes and “passing” them with olive oil.
Our orders are shipped from Monday to Friday with the MBE transport service. Once it leaves our space, the order is delivered within the next 24/48 hours (working days) anywhere on the Peninsula and within 48 hours if you are in the Balearic Islands. For orders to the rest of Europe, it is delivered in the following 3/4 days, less if it includes a refrigerated product that must be sent with Express delivery or the customer prefers faster shipping.
We ship to all of Spain, except to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. And to the rest of the European Union.

We will send all products that require cold to you through SEUR FRÍO, which has a refrigerated shipping service (only for shipments to the Peninsula).

San Marzano tomato sauce.
In Sarno (province of Salerno, Italy) at the foot of Vesuvius, is the organic farm Terre Lavorate. Anna Crescenzo and her family grow local vegetables in the area in an eco-sustainable way. Its star is the San Marzano tomatoes (Kiro variety) that are not grown in the ground but on support structures in such a way that they receive the most direct sunlight. The proximity to Vesuvius gives the land unique properties and richness, turning this tomato into a very exclusive gastronomic jewel that is harvested only during the months of August and September. These are very sweet tomatoes with a great concentration of flavor. The “Passata” is the sauce obtained by cooking the pulp of the tomatoes and “passing” them with olive oil.
