The beef is brined for 24 to 36 hours, marinated with garlic, rosemary, thyme, cloves and salt. It is dried and smoked and cut into slices that are canned with olive oil.
Our orders are shipped from Monday to Friday with the MBE transport service. Once it leaves our space, the order is delivered within the next 24/48 hours (working days) anywhere on the Peninsula and within 48 hours if you are in the Balearic Islands. For orders to the rest of Europe, it is delivered in the following 3/4 days, less if it includes a refrigerated product that must be sent with Express delivery or the customer prefers faster shipping.
We ship to all of Spain, except to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. And to the rest of the European Union.
