Transportation and delivery times
Our orders are shipped from Monday to Friday with the MBE transport service. Once it leaves our space, the order is delivered within the next 24/48 hours (working days) anywhere on the Peninsula and within 48 hours if you are in the Balearic Islands. For orders to the rest of Europe, it is delivered in the following 3/4 days, less if it includes a refrigerated product that must be sent with Express delivery or the customer prefers faster shipping.
We ship to all of Spain, except to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. And to the rest of the European Union. If you need to ship to another of these regions or countries, please contact us. We will send all products that require cold to you through SEUR FRÍO, (only for shipments in the Peninsula) which has a refrigerated shipping service with a controlled temperature between +2ºC and +8ºC, guaranteeing that in no case is the supply chain broken. cold, with deliveries preferably before 1:30 p.m. the day after shipping to ensure the best conditions for your order. To the rest of the EU, refrigerated products will be sent in express service. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have given us in your form, so it is important that you pay attention to covering the delivery address information. We will not be responsible if the address and delivery information are incorrect or incomplete. If you have ordered products that need cold for transport, make sure you have a suitable place to keep it until use.
Orders placed from Monday to Friday
Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. will be sent that same day. After that time, they will be sent the next day. Orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until Monday.
Orders placed from Friday (after 12:00 p.m.) to Sunday
Orders placed during these days of the week will be prepared and shipped on Monday, delivered within 24/48 hours from the preparation of the order and 3/4 days for the rest of the US.
Refrigerated shipments to the US
For shipments of refrigerated products to the rest of the EU, orders will be processed from Monday to Wednesday to guarantee delivery in the same week and ensure the best conditions for your order.
When your order leaves our warehouse, we will automatically notify you via email. On the day of the scheduled delivery, the transport company will send you a message so that you can track the status of your order. In reference to purchases made in the online store that have selected the in-store pickup option: a message when the package is ready and prepared for pickup specifying the pickup time.

Delicate products with in-store pickup or limited shipping
There are some products that, due to their delicacy, such as ice cream, we can only deliver to our space or nearby addresses in Barcelona.
